Like most separated dad's I've found myself in a situation where I didn't have any access to my daughter Rahnia. Rahnia is only 3 and my greatest fear is that, if my ex's plans come to fruition, I will never see her again and she will not remember me; that she may also be told negative things about me that just aren't true. Things stay around on the internet forever so I decided to leave this blog as a legacy for my daughter and as an encouragement to desperate fathers in my situation. If Rahnia finds this when she is older she will know that I didn't leave her, that I love her and think of her every day.

I fought very hard in court and have 2 out of 3 weekends access to Rahnia. I have now won 2 battles in court 1) to keep my ex from fulfilling her promise to relocate back to Africa to deny me access to my child and 2) to have her back in my life.

The next battle is to stop my ex-wife from assaulting Rahnia when she is "naughty". In Australia, contrary to UN mandates, if my ex-wife continues to assault my daughter when my daughter is "naughty", it's OK! If I, against my principles, were to assault my ex-wife when she abducts my child, blackmails me and cuts down her work hours to legally extort money from me; I can go to prison for a very long time. Resolve this inequity; children are MORE vulnerable than women and not LESS.

I have been very involved with Rahnia's upbringing, being Rahnia's primary caregiver for most of her life, whilst working full time and I miss that role very much. I AM a super dad!
